Our Services
These works are generally considered as ‘Exempt Development’ under State Environmental Planning Policy and would include services / works such as:
Entrance upgrades.
Minor works such as Pergolas, screens, fencing, balustrading or carports.
Internal renovation proposals including upgrades to Bathrooms and Kitchens.
Lighting advice
Pre-sale refresh works and advice.
These works are generally categorized as either ‘Complying Development ’ or requiring local development approval under relevant State Environmental Planning Policy. The following services / works would be included in this category:
- Extensions, renovation, alterations.
- Space planning and structural adjustments.
These works would be double (or multi storey) in extent and categorized as either ‘Complying Development ’ or requiring local development approval under relevant State Environmental Planning Policy. The following services / works would be included in this category:
- Extensions, renovations & alterations.
- Space planning and structural adjustments.
- Roof loft extensions
- Multi unit / Strata works.
These works would normally involve the complete demolition of the existing structure or concepts for a new building on a vacant site.
Any other service type – not covered under items 1 – 4 above.
This service may involve architectural works in the Retail or Commercial sectors or any other sector where architectural work is proposed. Project Management Services would also be covered under this category. Fees and scope of work in this category would need to be agreed based on the service proposed and size of the project.
