This Minor Design proposal was prepared for an entrance / stairwell upgrade for a Sydney residential property.
Conceptual strategy involved the introduction of a new feature wall – defining the entrance / stairwell zone, replacing existing stairwell balustrades with glass and Victorian Ash equivalents and the replacement of floor finishes.
Upgrade works are currently underway and expected to be delivered within a $10k budget.
